Alisa Joseph is a senior strategy and business development executive with 25 years of leadership in the media and entertainment industry. She has held key roles with Nielsen, Arbitron and Deluxe where she has a track record of launching successful start-ups inside larger corporate structures, building new revenue streams, developing profitable strategic partnerships, and opening new markets.
Alisa joined TV Time, now Whip Media, in January 2019 as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development with a focus on the development and execution of an acquisition, partnership and growth strategy to drive company expansion across the larger entertainment video content ecosystem. She is now utilizing her vast experience, relationships and knowledge of the entertainment content ecosystem to lead client adoption of the Whip Media Exchange global rollout. Alisa is creating and driving vision, strategy and GTM commercial execution for the next generation film and TV rights marketplace, optimizing the end to end client experience through her leadership skills and strategic thinking.
Prior to joining Whip Media, Alisa served as SVP of Global Client Strategy for Deluxe Entertainment. There, she led the sales and business development initiatives for the OTT space and clients including Amazon, Netflix, YouTube, Facebook and Hulu. Before Deluxe, Alisa was a business development executive in the media and market research industry with both Arbitron and Nielsen focused on expanding revenue via new markets and new measurement approaches.

Jaime Otero is a senior management executive and entrepreneur with a proven track record developing, financing, producing, licensing and distributing content with a broad network of international partners.
Jaime has successfully launched and grown transformative ventures in media, entertainment and technology, aligning vision with execution to consistently deliver results and increase stakeholder value. He believes in the importance of establishing strong working relations, inspiring trust and building high-performance and cross-cultural teams in order to sustain long-term enterprise growth, and particularly enjoys diving deep into projects that require business development, marketing and product innovation skills.
He has recently been instrumental in establishing RightsTrade as an industry leading online marketplace for film and television rights licensing. He had previously founded and directed companies in entertainment and e-commerce and served as Chief of Staff in the Ministry of Culture of Spain, in charge of revitalizing the European and Latin America film and TV industry. Jaime was born in Toronto, speaks six languages and holds an MBA from IE Business School and UCLA Anderson, as well as a Master in Film Production by the Superior School of Image and Sound of Madrid and a BA in Business and Economics by the University of Barcelona.

Nick oversees Giant Pictures, a digital distribution label releasing around 40 movies and feature docs annually to streaming services in the US and worldwide.
Prior to Giant, Nick led content acquisitions and digital distribution at Tribeca Enterprises, the host company of the Tribeca Film Festival. Nick was also part of the development team for Tribeca Shortlist, an SVOD movie streaming service launched by Tribeca and Lionsgate Entertainment in 2015.
A passionate supporter of the independent film and TV industries, over a 20 year career Nick has acquired and distributed hundreds of movies, documentaries and TV titles in multiple territories.

Sherry Brennan is an industry luminary who has shaped distribution innovation and fueled content growth strategies for some of the world’s largest entertainment organizations for more than 20 years.
Brennan spent nearly 15 years at Fox negotiating hundreds of content licensing deals. Prior to joining Fox, Brennan spent seven years at Cablevision focused on then-emerging VOD and digital TV, including content licensing, marketing and UI/UX. She began her career at Falcon Cable TV and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Sherry speaks frequently at conferences on the evolving video industry and serves as an Advisor to several media startups. She is co-founder of a social platform for women over 40 (The Woolfer), as well as a Board Member for the Food Resource Action Center (FRAC), a DC-based lobbying organization. She is based in Los Angeles.
Brennan joined Whip Media’s rapidly growing business driven by its core content value management and data platform in January 2021.
